It's hard to believe that this is the last Sunday of 2015. The past twelve months were fun, filled with adventures and spent with the people I love. Of course, I learned a lot of things throughout the year as well.
At the end of the year, I like to reflect on everything I've accomplished and learned. I start by looking at my resolutions for the year. I usually make them silly and typical, go to the gym, eat healthier, etc. This year though, they were a bit more focused on my mindset, I kept them simple, and only had three. Embrace living in the present moment, let go of negative people, and go on adventures.
A lot of people left my life this year, which kept the door open to allow many new people to walk in. People that make me laugh, love, and smile. I decided to stop letting negative people influence my mindset and it brought a lot of positivity, happiness, and love into my life.
2015 will be the year I remember falling in love, going on adventures, laughing, smiling, living. It will also be the year that I remember facing many changes. In just a few short months I will be graduating college, and becoming an actual full-fledged adult. It's crazy that my time in college is rapidly coming to an end. Don't get me wrong, I'm excited for the possibilities that await me in this new chapter of my life, but it's a little scary facing the unknown.
Stay tuned next week for my thoughts on the new year and resolutions. I have to think of some! I hope that you all enjoy the last few days of 2015 and celebrate 2016 with the people you love.
