Cooking 101: Pasta Salad
Now that I'm in the "adult world" I want to start cooking healthy/filling meals. A few days ago my boyfriend and I made this delicious pasta salad. We modified the traditional recipe and loved how fresh, light, and filling the meal was. The dish is perfect for the warmer summer months. Let me know if you try this recipe out!
1 box of Rotini pasta
1 orange pepper
1/2 can of chickpeas
2 mozzarella string cheeses
Handful of spinach
Wish-Bone E.V.O.O. Sundried Tomato Dressing
- Prepare the pasta
- Chop up the veggies and string cheese
- In a large bowl, combine the veggies, chickpeas, string cheese & pasta
- Add salad dressing to taste
- Plate the salad and top it with spinach
